Meet Graeme Bouvier, Co-Owner
Graeme's career in the trades started the way many good ones do: painting houses during college summers with College Pro Painters. After graduation, he spent three years with an established painting company, learning the business from the ground up before co-founding Revive Painting and Wall Coverings in 2022.
What Graeme set out to build was straightforward: a painting company that actually does what it says. On time, on budget, with clear communication from the first call to the final walkthrough. He believed the standard should be the industry's baseline, not a differentiator. Revive Painting and Wall Coverings was his answer to that gap.
Outside of work, Graeme is married to Amanda and is a new dad to their son, Benson. He is an avid sports fan who played soccer at the university level and still competes recreationally in volleyball and slow pitch. He has visited 20 NFL stadiums and counts golf among his favourite ways to spend time with clients and colleagues. He also serves on the board of the Saskatoon Symphony and has spent seven years traveling to Ensenada, Mexico, to help build homes for families in need, a project he now brings Revive Painting and Wall Coverings team members into each year.
Accountability, Communication, and Managing Expectations Effectively!
Parker Lazeski, Co-Owner
Parker came to Revive Painting and Wall Coverings from a different angle than most in the trades. Before co-founding the business, he worked in business coaching and general contractor roles that put him on both sides of the client-contractor relationship and gave him a clear view of where the industry consistently fell short.
The patterns he saw most often were a lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and no clear system for managing client expectations. Those gaps shaped the way it was built, from the No-Surprise Guarantee to the onsite project manager model that runs on every job.
Parker splits his time between Saskatoon and Kelowna and is expecting his first child. When he is not building the business, he can be found on a mountain bike, a snowboard, or a surfboard, or on a less conventional day, in freefall.
